Hi, I’m Dr. Sonika M [PT],

A paediatric physiotherapist with a passion for helping children thrive. I believe every child deserves the chance to reach their full potential, and rehabilitation plays a vital role in that journey. Through tailored physiotherapy, I support children in building motor skills, strength, and coordination, unlocking new opportunities for growth. Whether it’s succeeding in school, enjoying sports, or mastering daily tasks, my goal is to empower them to live confidently.

Beyond pediatrics, I also assist women with pre- and post-pregnancy rehabilitation, helping them navigate the physical changes of pregnancy and supporting their recovery after childbirth, ensuring they feel strong and confident. Additionally, I guide older adults in maintaining independence through geriatric care, working with them to improve mobility and balance, helping them stay active and independent as they age.
